Do all the members of the company need to be e-residents?

No, employees don’t have to be e-residents in order to work for your Estonian company, however, all the members of the board must have a valid Estonian e-Residency ID. Furthermore, if none of your board members live in Estonia, you have to appoint a person of contact and designate a registered office in the country. We do offer such services, so enquire us if you need.
